(Six digits last two are all ****00) and have the phone number

Dear Valued Customer:
Our billing software is working diligently to complete updates to allow FGJMSA to validate bank account and routing numbers for WEB debit (eCheck ACH)
transactions. We will begin rolling out the CWP updates the week of February 14,
2022.
This new requirement, passed by NACHA, will NOT affect recurring ACH drafts or
debit/credit card transactions. This is specifically for customers that log in to the
Customer Web Portal and choose to pay via the eCheck payment method.
As part of this update to CWP, eChecks will also be disabled for the “QuickPay” option. FGJMSA customers must have a registered account and log in to attempt an eCheck
payment. Customers can still use “QuickPay” if paying with a debit/credit card.
We appreciate your patience as we finalize the integration. CUSI will continue to provide
updates during the upgrade process. This is all to help keep scammers from using an account that does not belong to them.
